What does House of Reformer do?
House of Reformer specializes in custom-made pilates reformer machines. We work
directly with our certified distributor in China and handle the entire process:
configuration, production, quality control, shipping, and delivery straight to your home
or studio.
Who do you supply to?
We supply pilates studios, boutique gyms, personal training
studios, and private clients looking for a professional reformer for home use.
Product & customization
Do you offer customization options for Reformer components?
Yes! You can customize your machine.

Logo: Add your own logo to brand your machine.
Frame: The available frame colors depend on the materials you choose. The specific options for each frame type are described in the product details.
Cushions: All cushions can be made in any color. You can view the full color palette in the images provided for each type of reformer we offer.
Is it possible to purchase additional accessories for my reformer?
All necessary accessories are included with your reformer, such as the box,
jumpboard, and springboard. Therefore, there are no additional accessories available
for separate purchase, as everything you need comes complete with the machine.
Can you help me configure the right machine?
Absolutely. We advise based on:
- The type and size of your space (studio, physio practice, home gym)
- Intended usage
- Budget
- Aesthetic considerations, with which we are happy to assist
Are the reformers suitable for professional use?
Yes. Our reformers meet international quality standards and are used worldwide in
professional pilates studios.

Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
No, full payment upfront is not required. It is also possible to pay the total amount in up to three installments.
Can I view a sample or showroom model?
Depending on availability, we can connect you with existing clients or demo units. Contact us for current options.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including bank transfers, iDEAL (in three installments), credit card, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay (availability may vary by location). All payment details are clearly outlined in your quotation.
Production, shipping & delivery
How long does the production and shipping take for a custom reformer?
We offer several flexible shipping options to suit your timeline and budget:
Sea freight: the most cost-effective choice, with an estimated delivery time of 7–9 weeks.
Truck freight: a faster overland solution, typically delivered within 4–6 weeks.
Air freight: the fastest option for urgent shipments, ensuring delivery within 3–5 weeks.
Are the machines tested before shipping?
Yes. Every reformer undergoes a full quality inspection by the manufacturer. We will
also be on-site on the day of delivery to check and verify your order.
What warranty do you offer?
House of Reformer guarantees that all delivered products meet the specifications stated in the offer, comply with applicable legal requirements and government regulations at the time of delivery, and satisfy reasonable standards of quality, durability, and usability. All products are designed for normal use, and if a product is suitable for other specific applications, this will be clearly indicated.
Any warranty provided by House of Reformer, the manufacturer, or the importer does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the event of defects. In addition, the following warranties apply to our products:
Parts: Any defective product parts will be replaced free of charge within one year after delivery.
Springs: Springs are covered against deformation for three years.
Full bed: The entire bed carries a five-year warranty.
Please note that House of Reformer is not responsible for the ultimate suitability of a product for your specific use or for advice regarding the application of the product. This warranty ensures that you receive products of the promised quality and function, while your legal consumer rights remain fully protected.
House of Reformer's warranty period corresponds to the manufacturer’s warranty period, where applicable.
Do you handle all shipping and customs processes?
Yes. We take care of:
- Transport
- Customs clearance
- Import documentation
- Door-to-door delivery
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on your location and chosen shipping method. The exact cost
will be included in your quotation.
Do I need to assemble the machine myself?
Our reformers are delivered fully assembled or come with easy setup instructions.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the BeNeLux region. All shipping, customs, and import
documentation are handled by us.
Can I cancel or modify my order once production has started?
Changes are possible before production starts. Once production is underway,
modifications may be limited or incur additional costs.
What happens if my reformer is delayed in customs?
We monitor shipments closely and assist with customs clearance to minimize delays. You will receive updates and a tracking link.
Service & maintenance
What is the warranty on the reformer?
- The springs are covered by a 3-year warranty.
- All accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty and will be replaced free of charge if necessary.
- The reformer frame (bed body) is covered by a 5-year warranty.
Do you provide maintenance or spare parts?
Yes. We supply original replacement parts and assist with maintenance questions.
Many studios order annual replacements such as straps, springs, or padding.
What if something arrives damaged?
We will handle the claim with the manufacturer and ensure replacement or repair
according to our policy.
How do I request a replacement part?
Contact our support team with your order details. We will provide the correct part and
shipping instructions.

Pricing varies depending on:
